Payment

I accept payment by PayPal only. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay using your debit or credit card.

Shipping

I aim to process all orders within 3 working days. I will advise if processing is likely to take longer.

All Papercats art prints are shipped by First Class post from the UK. Your order will be well packaged to minimize damage in transit. All orders are accompanied by instructions on how to properly handle and care for your Papercats fine art print.

To avoid damage to the fine art papers used for my prints, I do not put more than 2 prints in the same envelope. Customers ordering more than 2 prints should expect multiple envelopes in a single package.

Additional policies and FAQs

Some of my prints are available as custom orders (e.g. in different sizes or colourways). This will be clearly stated on the individual listing.

Due to the difficulty in sourcing some fine art papers, Papercats Art Prints reserves the right to substitute different quality papers, all of which are archival quality and at least 220gsm (100lb) in weight.
